H&R services are geared to bundle multiple services that include metal fabrication, machining, automation, machine maintenance and erection. We have over 15 years of experience amongst our team members and have directly and indirectly supported numerous OEMs on the front lines of the automotive industry across the country. Our goal is to be able to help with your basic inspection needs to full blown engineering, tool modifications, and gage and fixture needs all from one team. By offering this we can improve quality PPM to your customer base and reduce your overall risk exposure.

Sorting

Our staff of full time, experienced inspectors offer assurance of quality people and a quality service. Our sorting services are available 24/7 at your location, our locations or at your customer sites.

Each project is executed from our standardized work instructions that are approved by the customer. Where allowed we can also create video work instructions if desired. This is very helpful for future reference. We offer an optional price-per-piece quote process.

Containment

We are experienced in CS1 and CS2 containment for numerous OEMs as well as Tier 1, 2 and 3 suppliers to the automotive industry. We are very familiar with the 3CPR program and its different levels and regulations.

Rework

We specialize in the revising of contained, defective components per engineering specifications. Our employees sort and rework components at your facility, the supplier’s location or our own warehouse.

Kitting

H&R can handle all your kitting needs. We have the experience and basic fundamentals to handle and organize multiple components into kits for your manufacturing needs at your facility or our own warehouse. We specialize in:
