Prototype Services

Our fully staffed prototyping department is dedicated solely to prototype work, which is used to test various aspects of a design as well as get feedback from the customer. Prototyping is taken seriously and considered to be a critical part of the design process. We highly recommend that designs begin with a prototype, as it reduces the overall risk and cost of a project.

At H&R, we practice incremental development. When prototyping is complete, we strive to have met or exceeded the goals for functionality, manufacture-ability, and other factors so that the final designed product can be efficiently produced.

From fixtures, weldments and custom parts, to medium-run production jobs (max 25,000 pieces), we have the capability and skill to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
